Our Integrated Factory
Cell production is a critical stage that transforms semiconductor wafers into advanced technology solar cells. The wafers produced in our Wafer Factory are processed in our Cell Factory through more than 30 physical and chemical processes. As a result, they gain a prismatic surface to reduce reflection, conductive connections are created, and they become solar cells ready to generate electricity.
First, the ends of the ingot are separated from the body. The edges are then carefully cut, resulting in a rectangular block. These blocks are then subjected to the highly precise cutting and slicing process.
